But everything changed when the Infected returned. At just twelve years old, Spidella lost her father to the outbreak, forcing her to survive on her own alongside his friends - George, Pony, Zizzy, Zuzy, Zee, Giraffe, and Mimi.

A survival group can't last without a leader. By the time she turned fifteen, Spidella rose to take her father's place - leading them through the ruins of Lucella City in search of the cure...
