There was nothing interesting about Midoriya Izuku. His life was completely and utterly devoid of anything noteworthy.
That was until the summer of his fifteenth birthday, when he stumbled into an unlikely friendship with the Bakugou boy.
Except Bakugou could no longer really justifiably be called a 'boy' anymore. And Izuku supposed that whatever they were to one another, they could hardly be called 'friends'.

Izuku Midoriya. A young boy, who didn't seem as happy as he let off. His fake smiles seem to fool all those around him all except one.... Katsuki Bakugou, his bully. Izuku never wanted to be like this, but the abuse, the bullying, the constant feeling of being worthless got too much and he started to cut himself and fall into a depression state that was worse than he first thought it was. At first he thought he could get out of it, but it didn't go that way. His mother, who would abuse him ever since his father left them, did not care the slightest bit about how she treated him. Katsuki Bakugo is also a 15-year-old that attends UA high school, when he was around the age of 5 his best friend went missing and no one tells him why. All of the investigators dropped the whole investigation not even a month into looking. Bakugo then made it his mission to find answers and figure out what has happened to his childhood friend. Katsuki Bakugou has always been very cocky. He's never cared for anyone but himself, always getting himself into trouble and not giving a damn about the consequences. He's only 16 when he first gets involved with the police, and 18 when he decided to shoplift with his friends. Only, this time, he was caught. His mother was the one to talk him out of trouble, and then scolded him on the way home. "You're eighteen, you're an adult now. You're gonna go back to school, or get a goddamn job. If you don't pull yourself together by the end of the month, you're out of the house!" Mitsuki screamed, frantically waving her hands around as she dragged her drop-out son to the car. "And pull up your damn pants, I'm not raising a gangster! You have until tomorrow to make your decision." She continued, smacking the blond's arm. The young man didn't give a damn, and refused to make a choice. So his father made one for him - He'd be working at the local library - with his grandmother. Izuku Midoriya is known as the quiet, shy kid. He's only starting his senior year, and excited to graduate so he can head off to university and into his dream job. He spends most of his time studying - although he doesn't need to, he's naturally smart and only reviews his notes out of boredom. Which is why he thought it'd be best to get a job. He'd be able to make money, and do something productive out of his free time. He started working at the library after finishing his junior year, and fell in love with it, so he stayed longer than expected. A simple, quiet job, where he got to meet new people. His only coworker is a sweet old Spanish lady, who talks a lot. Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone. He needs someone so badly. But what if there isn't anybody to help Midoriya? How will Midoriya cope when someone close to him dies right in his arms? Warning! This is a BakuDeku Fanfiction 🔞. Midoriya Izuku was Quirkless, weak, treated lesser by all but his beloved mother. He'd lost so much since he was four years old, and now the norm is his former best friend chasing him down to kick the shit out him, and his highlights are getting to watch spandex wearing bozos kick the shit out of each other. So, at 16 years old, when he takes a turn down an alleyway and suddenly finds himself being turned into a pin cushion by a bunch of urban camo wearing zealots, Izuku knew his life had reached a brand new low. Or how Izuku gets pulled by the Zone into 2018, fights to survive against mutants, anomalies, bandits, religious zealots, slavers, some crazy hippie anarchists, joins a barely surviving group of soldiers and scientists, starts a faction war or two, introduces a bunch of bandits to the fear of God and sends a few to meet him, and somehow gets yeeted forward 150 years into Japan with most of his gear, PTSD, and a healthy nicotine addiction and crippling alcoholism. Now he's set to fight those spandex wearing bozos' bosses and unveil just how rotten this Hero centric Society really is. He will show them all what a Hero truly is like.
