30 years into the future, Cyrus Borg has created a machine called the Time Window that allows one to view previous moments in time.
Mina, a teen who has lost almost everyone important to her, seeks answers to her past. Through overuse of the Time Window, Mina accidently sets off a chain reaction in the space-time continuum that thrusts Lloyd, Zane, Jay, Cole, and Kai into the future.

If only the father of Nya's child was the only thing they had to worry about.

The ninja we know have gone missing in this timeline. No one knows why or how; the most upsetting of these disappearances is that of Lloyd Garmadon himself. Gone without warning, and only leaving a piece of himself behind, Lloyd's disappearance proves to be the catalyst for everything happening in this future. The Golden Power has now been inherited by a user that refuses to let go of the past- an act that may soon destroy the world as we know it. Time is short for the ninja as the time machine is being repaired, but will they survive long enough to even go back?

AS OF JUNE 5TH, 2016: This story may see a rewrite. The removal of some characters are top of the list, along with some better allusion to the ghosts and Djinn, and better hints at the story taking place after the Tournament. What do you think? Let me know in the comments what I could do to improve!
