Ricky liked feminine things, the softness, the colors, the beauty of it all. But he was too scared to say it out loud. So he buried those thoughts and feelings deep inside his heart, hiding them from everyone, even himself. Gaslighting himself into believing he wasn't like that, that he liked boy stuff more.

The story follows Shen Ricky, a teenager with a chaotic, dramatic, and a little bit (okay, a lot) traumatic life. A boy still trying to find who he really is, his true self, his real identity. He doesn't know what the future holds, just that he's desperate to find a place where he truly belongs.

Ricky has nothing but a small dream and the courage to rebuild his life from the ruins of his past, a past that still leaves a bitter taste on his tongue.
