Iago Verbal arrives in the Kingdom of Valemira, a land renowned for its brilliance and nobility, with one simple goal: to find work. However, his very presence in the capital immediately draws unwanted attention.

​​His noticeable arrival instantly attracts the suspicion of Princess Stella Valemira, the ruler's daughter, who is famously sharp, cold, and solved the gruesome serial murder case. Stella suspects Iago is "Shadow," the skilled thief currently plaguing the city.

​In a brief, tense encounter, Iago must fight under the tip of Stella's sword, desperately trying to prove he is just an innocent young man from the countryside. But the harder Iago denies his identity, the deeper Stella looks into his eyes, as if recognizing him from a past he himself cannot recall.
