This story is a sequel to My Little Pony - The Legend of Friendship After Twilight was summoned to take part in her very first Princess Summit in the Crystal Empire, her crown was stolen by two mysterious ponies who took it with them to another world. In order to get the crown back, she and Star Twinkle decided to go to this other world in order to bring the crown back to Equestria. But soon they found themselves in completely different bodies and a world that they yet had to understand. This story takes place after Season three of My Little Pony - The Legend of Friendship (After Chapter 65) and is a rewrite of the first Equestria Girls movie. Twilight Sparkle and her friends travel to the Crystal Empire for her first princess summit. Twilight feels both nervous and excited about the event and is self-conscious about wearing her crown. However, her friends are supportive as always. When they meet with the other princesses, Celestia notices how tired Twilight and her friends look after their journey and sends all eight of them off to bed. Later that night, a cloaked unicorn sneaks into the castle and steals Twilight's crown. The next morning, Princess Celestia identifies the thief as Sunset Shimmer, her former student. The princesses explain that the mirror from which Sunset Shimmer escaped is a gateway to an alternate world and task Twilight with going into this other world to retrieve her crown. Little does she know, she will encounter her friends once again. What adventures await Twilight in this alternate world?
