The girl from the old world

My name is Kimiko Misaki and I’m a 15 year old girl. About four months ago the world entered a third world war. The war only lasted a couple of hours before the biggest countries in the world USA, Kina and Russia nearly destroyed all life on the planet. Now about four months after the war ended humanity has entered a new war. But this war has only one purpose and that is survival. Because from nothing but ashes of the old world they awoken and hungers for anything that moves or makes a sound. We call them the awoken. But the most horrible still existing is no other then our fellow humans who have become nothing but beasts just like them.
