We are 2 years after former Navy Lieutenant Catherine Rollins left for Afghanistan in order to complete a mission. Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett has returned to his daily routine, when suddenly, he decides to go to Afghanistan and find Catherine. The first thing he does, is ask for permission from the Navy in order to go there as a soldier. The problem is that the Taliban have gone in the US Government, the US Navy and all the US Agencies, so Commander McGarrett can't do something. All his requests are denied and he also gets attacked in his own home. This is where JSOC's Leader, Lt Commander David Mason and his friend, Mike Harper come in. Mason tells to McGarrett that he can help him. Steve says yes, and together they go to the USS Barack Obama. There, they meet the British SAS leader, Captain John Price and Captain John "Soap" MacTavish. On the Obama, they set their plan to go to Afghanistan. During their trip, this elite SEAL Team meets Master Sergeant Sandman and his team. But still, the corrupted governements and all the agencies among the world are trying to prevent Steve and his team from saving Catherine. Are they going to save Catherine? Will they find the leak and the connections of the Taliban in the governments?
