The Diary of Roosterbolt is based off The Diary of Ladybug that Marc wrote in season 2! It's about his superhero life, but obviously making it not so obvious so he doesn't reveal his identity on accident. The story Marc writes is about Roosterbolt being in love with Caprikid since he knows about Nathaniel's identity.
