Before I Self Destruct

Before I Self Destruct, recounts the days following a young boy named Kristian Johannesson expulsion from Hellerup Prep, a private school in Denmark. After a fight with his roommate, Stradlater, Kristian leaves school two days early to explore Denmark before returning home in Sweden, interacting with sex, teachers, prostitutes, nuns, an old girlfriend, and his biological mom along the way. Before I Self Destruct illustrates a teenager's dramatic struggle against death and growing up.
