Take This To My Grave

It's 2050. American scientists discovered a new and dangerous virus and, before they could stop it, it spread during some lab experiments.
The government went crazy when the virus started to decimate the global population, and soon the whole situation degenerated.
However, some doctors realize that there are people who are immune to the illness, whose genetics stops the virus from taking root.

Everyone is panicking, and the remaining governments of a lot of countries decide to find these people around the world to look for a solution and try to figure out what makes them stay alive. But it's almost too late: 70% of the people died or are ill.

A new government, formed in a hurry, decides to gather all the immunes and the survivors together and to submit them to a forced regime, where women are obliged to have children to repopulate the world and everyone else has to work to fix everything the virus ruined.

Many decide to run away and hide, and the government sends soldiers everywhere to find them.

But our heroes find an old mansion, in the middle of the USA, where they decide to hide and live without being forced to follow the rules.

There are whispers of people that are being used for terrible experiments to find the cure, immunes that died in horrible ways.
And none of our characters wants to endure that kind of suffering, not with their awful past.
