Naruto gets neglected in favour of his 2 sisters,naruko and mito,who sees him in a way sisters shouldnt just like their mother Kushina.
He is loved by Jiraya and people of konoha who sees him as the hero of the village.
Jiraya regrets telling minato and Kushina about the prophecy as he is dissapointed in them for neglecting naruto.
After minato takes the clan head title away from naruto on naruto's naruko's and mito's birthday infront of everyone including, jiraya takes naruto away for training only to come back when naruto is in age to enter the academy.
His family expects him to join the shinobi Course the same as them only to get shocked when naruto enter shinobi course but also the samurai course they also get shocked when naruto hugs the legend of tsushima jin sakai and calls him tou-san.
