"Not another word, Rafael!" I shouted.

How could he do this to me? I've put every ounce of my trust in him - more than I've ever done for a literal man! And this is what I get in return?

I knew something was going on when he didn't reply to my messages. He didn't even care to pick up my calls!

I couldn't grasp the reality that had shattered upon me. For the first time in two years, I was genuinely trying to be a loving and loyal girlfriend - now the laughter we once shared echoed like lies replaying in my mind. I thought he had changed. Turns out he was just better at pretending.
