This is a Pokemon mystery dungeon Fanfic with us following the main character Called Kartana who upon dying in the real world due to a mysterious ailment is transported into The area called Martyriuman, following a series of events that forces them to meet several others who share similar fates, all of which feeling this distinct feeling of learned helplessness causing ruination, thus the main character and their Partner pheromosa begin their journey, discovering new areas and learning how to help those in need of breaking the cycle.
