When the team gets a case about a child name Riley Gibson. Victoria felt bad for Riley. Victoria looked into Riley and got in touch with her case manager to see if she can take In Riley as one of her Own since she had no family members left. Just like Kim did for Mykayla  when the team had a case just like Riley's a few months back.
