Bakugou was born with a heart condition that with managed with a cardiologist and medication. Bakugou's boyfriend Izuku helps him manage his conditions. The boys are in college and lives with Izuku's friend Uraraka and her girlfriend Toga. Bakugou's health starts to decline and Izuku has to learn to control his emotions and Bakugou has to learn not push his body too far. But they have to learn to work together and help each other out before they ruin their relationship.
