Yes, I know, another story. This one showed up in my head about a week ago and it will not go away until I wrote it down. I couldn't even write my other stories because this one would not go away.
Rhaenyra and Daemon slept together during their trip to the pleasure house and Rhaenyra gets pregnant. Viserys gives Rhaenyra an ultimatum and she makes the wrong choice. Daemon takes Visenya to Essos, where he raises her alone.
Visenya Targaryen grows up away from Westeros. Daemon gets a letter from Rhaenys asking for his help and he and Visenya return to Westeros where she meets her uncle Aemond. Like mother, like daughter, but unlike Rhaenyra Visenya has no intention of giving up the man she loves for anything.
This story will not follow the TV show or the book timeline. This is a love story where the dance of the dragons does not happen. In this story, Alicent married Viserys when Rhaenyra was 8 years old and Aemond is born when Rhaenyra is 12.

However, in this book, there is another candidate for the Iron Throne. In this story, Daemon and Rhae Royce have a son named Rhaenor. He was different than most people, he was a prodigy at swordsmanship, smart in politics, and well-liked by all. However, despite everything; the relationship with his parents was tense as both Daemon and Rhae would try and mold him into their image. But he refused to follow their way and decided to become his own person. While he did love his parents the relationship he had with them began to strain when he was ten. His mother and the Vale lords tried to betrothed him to Lady Jeyne Arryn, however, Rhaenor refused the betrothed and went with Daemon to the capital. Rhaenor would spend most of his time in King's Landing, where he became friends with his cousin Rhaenyra and her friend Alicent Hightower. During 112AC, King Viserys, who was unable to produce an heir of his own, decided to name his nephew Daemon's son Rhaenor Targaryen as his heir. Something that surprised everyone, including both Daemon and Rhaenyra. When Rhaenor asked Viserys why he was chosen to be heir to the throne, Viserys stated that Rhaenor was the only person in the kingdom he could trust to be honest with him. While he was Daemon's son he knew that he was different from both his parents combined.

The gods see the world being destroyed during the Long Night and decide to fix things. Daemon and Rhaenyra had been married for less than a year when the gods intervened and sent them back in time. They are supposed to fix things and stop the extinction of the dragons. But the gods sent them back farther than they believed. This story will not follow the TV show or the book timeline.
