EPISODE 1 - The Quiet Girl

Zoe sat by the classroom window, staring at the dull gray sky outside. The rain fell gently, like it understood her pain but didn't want to ask about it. She didn't speak much in school. People thought she was shy-but silence was not her choice. It was her shield.

At eighteen, Zoe had learned that people only pretended to care. The moment you showed weakness, they used it against you. So she kept her world quiet and hidden-especially her secret. The secret that wouldn't let her sleep. The secret that followed her everywhere.

"Yah, Zoe!" Her classmate Mina waved her hand in front of her face. "Are you okay? You've been staring outside for ten minutes."

Zoe forced a small smile. "I'm fine."

It was her favorite lie.

Mina was the only person who still tried to talk to her. The rest of her classmates found her strange. Some whispered that she was cold. Others said she had no emotions. Not one of them knew the truth-Zoe felt too much.

When school ended, Zoe didn't go home immediately. Instead, she walked to the old hospital at the edge of the town. It was dark, with broken windows and a heavy smell of abandonment. Normal people avoided it. But Zoe wasn't normal. She came here every day.

She stood in front of Room 13 and gripped the doorknob with trembling hands. The room was empty now, but memories lived here-painful ones. This was where her life changed forever. This was where her secret began.

She closed her eyes. A voice echoed in her head-cold, cruel, unforgettable.

"Remember, Zoe... no one must ever know what happened here."

A tear fell before she could stop it.
