Within the last few months since Book 15, the main 15 main characters have had nothing but peaceful lives. But all that changes when an animus dragon sends them into a new and strange world they have never seen before, nor could have imagined is dominated by Scavengers.

Trapped in this world, they must overcome their own dramas about what to do while blending in amongst the humans. Perhaps also uncovering the truth behind the dragon who took them. The only question is, will this break their allegiance to each other in the end?
