Misguided Steps: The Lost Clans
The clans, long disconnected from their origins, have been thrown into chaos. Young apprentices believe the code to be a hindrance to their freedoms, leading older warriors, who are nearing their time in the elders' den, to become distrustful and cautious of those they train. In the midst of this loss, Shadowclan is strengthened! Their ranks are bustling with cats who gladly take new territory from the disappearing Thunderclan, and raise strong, prideful kits. Windclan is struggling to remain united, with only one queen in the nursery, an aging Healer and Guide, and a finicky remaining apprentice. Their leader, Daffodilstar, has resigned to believe that she will be the last leader of Windclan, with Crowkit and Foxkit as the last kits to live on the moor connected to the memories of their warrior ancestors. However, something new is coming to the clans! Foxkit, though others seem to lack any faith in her and her brother's connection to Windclan, has nothing but pride in her small home. On the other side of the border, Featherkit has a very different upbringing, constantly being told of the excellence of Shadowclan and their deep connection to Starclan.
