And I've been meaning to tell you, I think your house is haunted. - Folklore and Evermore come from a picture-perfect family. A hard-working mother, a stern but loving father, their two bright young girls. But behind closed doors, things are less than idyllic. Together, the two sisters must find a way to survive. - TW: Child abuse (emotional and verbal, minor physical) and mental health struggles. Please read the author's notes of each chapter for specific warnings. The story will focus on the sister's experience growing up, including both the positive and negative aspects of their childhood. Everything here is heavily inspired by my own experiences.
