Soulshard: the First War

"In Pluto's world, Strangers - humans born with unnatural and magical abilities - see the non-magical people as weak, foolish, and unworthy. For centuries, Strangers and normal humans lived apart. Rumors and prejudice hardened into law: the Strangers stayed with their own, trained in their own schools, preparing for a future where they ruled, far from the others they were learned to detest.
But Pluto never believed in that future.
He was one of the rare ones, even as a Stranger. A double talent, able to control water and slip into people's mind. The elders told him that made him powerful. The teachers told him it made him dangerous. But to Pluto, it only made him... different.
When he was ten, he saw something no Stranger would admit was possible: a human, without abilities, who was kind, brave, and selfless. From that moment, Pluto decided he would prove his world wrong.
But not everyone shared that vision..."

The two views of the world clash, making Pluto Orcus flees from his own people, finding refuge as a spy in a completely random city in the other part of the world. The humans their are oblivious to the danger, unknown to the threatening man who could destroy Strangers and humans alike to reach his goal.

Which side of power will triumph it all? With the companions gained along the way, will Pluto win the war?
