Lucy fidgeted with her strap, eyes bright. "I... I have to tell you something."
"Oh?" I raised a brow. "This better be good. I've read enough fantasy to know how these things end."
"It's true," she said. "Narnia. We were there... it's real."
I blinked. "Seems like you've lived quite the fantasy," I said, letting a small smile slip.
Her mouth dropped. "So... you believe me?"
I tilted my head. "Why not? Fantasy's my favorite. But..." I paused. "...part of me doubts. Only because it's incredible. But you? I think you mean every word."
