Aeron Saunders is an anti terrorist spy for the MI6. After being involved for 10 years, she's had enough. With an agreement from Mycroft Holmes, the two decide she will only come back to the MI6 if England is in grave danger of a threat. But being someone who is always on the run, where will she stay?

Of course at the flat of Mycroft Holmes' younger brother. But soon after, she meets up with someone who was much more than a friend, and is Sherlock's nemesis. Sherlock develops feelings for Aeron and his nemesis is finding the ones he ones had for her a long time ago. Who will Aeron choose to stay with? And what are the consequences?

Sherlock Holmes is renowned far and wide for his Mind Palace but Mycroft Holmes is privately known to have a House Of Memories. Elina Hooper is the twin sister of the sweet pathologist, Molly. French on their mother's side and being both graced with multiple talents from their late father's side; Elina paves her path at the tender age of seventeen to becoming a full time nurse to no other but Rudy Holmes. Time skip to four years on, the famous uncle to the Holmes brothers sadly passes away which gives meaning for Mycroft Holmes in the realisation that his departed uncle gave him leverage that during the moment, he does not quite fully understand. Another time skip to four years later, Elina finds herself constantly drunk due to the dismay of losing herself in the worst of ways to her boyfriend and finally decides for herself to do better, to be better and quite frankly, to not let anyone rain on her parade. During the case of what Dr. J. H. Watson; likes to recall as, A Scandal In Belgravia, Elina is down on her luck and reunites with her younger sister Molly in hopes to get her life back on track. To Mycroft Holmes, Elina Serenity Hooper is just a passing face but it can't be coincidence by the power of the universe that she happens to turn up at his office, looking her best with sharp senses and tactical knowledge applying herself for the position to become his newly established personal assistant? Perhaps Elina would admit in the end that her likeness for the Ice Man had blossomed early which in turn would slowly bloom into her first true love. Perhaps Mycroft would admit in the end that despite his tetchy aura and complications of being himself, he was indeed capable of being loved and to go as far as loving someone too... How long is thread, you say? Well, my belief is that it's as long as you wish before you cut it. Hurdles to jump, cakes to bake, angst to commence, does Mycroft have it in him to allow Elina to be apart of his House Of Memories?
