"Hmm... aren't you afraid to talk about your life with a stranger?"
He asked softly, his voice gentle but serious, as if he truly wanted to understand her.
★ She smiled faintly - "Sometimes it's easier to talk to strangers," she replied slowly.
"Strangers don't carry our past... so they don't judge our pain."
★ He let out a quiet laugh, but his eyes were warm.
"I've never felt this comfortable with anyone before. For the first time... I feel heard. Thank you."
★ "I don't know why," he continued in a low voice,
"but being with you makes everything feel lighter. I feel like... I would do anything for you."
★ Her cheeks flushed as she looked away.
"H-hey... what are you saying?" she whispered, trying to hide her blush.
★ Suddenly, her head spun. "Ah... my head... it hurts... where am I?"
Her voice trembled, fear and confusion mixing together.
★ "Hey! Wait - why are you crying?" he asked urgently, worry filling his face.
★ "W-why are you here?" she asked weakly, tears forming in her eyes.
★ He took a slow breath, then smiled softly.
"Because you shouldn't face your battles alone anymore."
★ "Even if the world doesn't see your pain," he said gently,
"I do. And I will stay... whether you push me away or not."
★ Her heart reacted before her mind could -
blushing, trembling, giggling inside... and silently screaming at the feeling she couldn't name.
