Liane "Iron Wolf" Stark is the eldest child of Eddard and Catelyn Stark. Since she was older than her brother Robb by 5 years her father Ned had taught her everything a Stark should know: Honor, swordsmanship, politics and duty. Although not being the heir to Winterfell, she holds her house and family above all else. Being her parents most stubborn child she denies to marry for she fears she will have to do so for politics and give up her freedom. For her 18th name day King Robbert Baratheon holds a banquet in Kings landing where she meets Lord Tywin Lannister for the first time, not knowing that stories and songs will be sang about how for once the North melted the South. How commoners and royalty alike will learn what little Gold, Silver, and Opinions mean when a bond is formed between a Lion and a Wolf.
