Yoshimura is known to be a violent man - he's grown up with violence, and has genuinely been taught nothing else but friends, family and peers alike. It's only natural that he'll continue to be violent, especially towards the unknown. He doesn't want to be vulnerable.
Ishiddo is known to be a kind soul - always smiling and putting others first. Many believe that there's not much of a brain back there, and he's easy to use and manipulate, but he'd already been doing that to many for years..
