In an alternate reality, the existence of vampires is no longer a secret. Thanks to the establishment of regulated blood banks and the introduction of pig blood as an alternative food source, vampires can now coexist openly with humans. These developments allowed the vampire government to convince humanity that vampires no longer pose a threat, fostering an uneasy but functional peace between the two species. Historically, vampires were hunted by humans, driven into secrecy by fear and violence But modern systems-like blood banks, piglet blood as a partial substitute, and specialized "cleaning services" that quietly handle human corpses-have normalized their presence in society. These cleaning services, operated by vampires, ensure that when things go wrong, the aftermath is managed without drawing public attention. Yet beneath this fragile harmony, darker truths linger.
