It is now the year 2103, and things have changed. You'd think we would have grown as a society over the years, but you are dead wrong. Women, young or old, are in the grasp of a male's power. Carla Jones, a teenager born in Aethervale, Fuerto, attends TailerHel High: a selective enrollment high school dedicated to teaching women how to please men.
For many years, Carla followed the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲: the system that controls how women behave, learn, and live. Until one day, she meets a boy. Danny Diaz, a boy who believes in the rights of women. Carla initially doesn't trust Danny, but they eventually unite, believing they can bring about change.
Will Danny and Carla revive the will of the people, and flush out the corruption that has tainted their right to protest, speak their opinions, and allow the rise of democracy?

For the booksmart yet naïve 16-year-old Nicky, high school in her quaint little hometown island in the Philippines had always been predictable. Until that senior year. Nicky thought she got things all figured out. She'd be very good at school and be the valedictorian of the single-section class of 2010 of the highly looked-up science high school in their island. And then, she'd get a full scholarship to her dream university. All was fairly well except for a few things like grappling her feelings towards a long-time crush. Just when Nicky thought she could get through high school without too much boy-drama, a somewhat seemingly love life with a boy or two and suddenly, maybe even three was finally catching up with her during the last few months before high school graduation. She had never thought she could be wrong about a person. And that she could always be wrong about boys... ✨✨✨ Sidenote: I wrote this from November 2010 to April 2011, only a year ahead from the time set in the novel. This was fully uploaded on Wattpad in September 2013 for safekeeping. I hadn't gotten back to it in so many years nor find any means and time to promote it.
