This is a rewrite of my other work. Hopefully this one will have stronger writing, and maybe a stronger plot. 

I sigh quietly. I know what I have to do even if it hurts me to do so. I hesitate then scold myself. "Come on Michelle. You know what you've got to do. You can't live with those people anymore. You can't have them treat you like this anymore. " 

The words sound empty even in my own head but I have to stay strong. I have to get away. Even if that means leaving my twin brother behind. I miss him already, but I have to go . He knows that. He knows that I can't live at number 4 Privet Drive anymore. I've already lived there for nine years. Ever since our parents died in a car accident on Halloween.
