Brother In Arms (Karate Kid x OC)

Leaving New Jersey for Reseda, California, 17-year-old Daniel LaRusso is already an outsider, but he finds family with his mom, Lucille, and her old friend, Uncle Paul León, the owner of their new apartment complex. Daniel quickly befriends Y/N León, Paul's nephew, a local teen with a troubled past who offers Daniel crucial guidance on fitting in.

However, Daniel soon becomes the punching bag for the Cobra Kai, a menacing gang of karate students led by Johnny Lawrence. When Johnny's brutal actions against Daniel force a line in the sand, Y/N is fiercely betrayed and cuts ties with his former friend, siding completely with the LaRussos.
After Daniel is rescued by his quiet handyman, Mr. Miyagi, a shocking secret is revealed: the man is a martial arts master. Miyagi agrees to teach Daniel-and unexpectedly, Y/N joins the training, eager to gain the control and discipline he never had growing up.

Now, with both Daniel and Y/N under Miyagi's unorthodox mentorship, they face an ultimatum: settle the score by entering the All Valley Karate Tournament. Can two young men-one a Jersey transplant, the other a local with a broken past-master the secrets of true karate and overcome the aggressive "No Mercy" philosophy of the Cobra Kai?
