Zade Rosario has always been a dreamer, a creative soul who never stopped believing in his talent, even when people told him that writing wasn't a "smart" career choice. He believed art was his purpose, and one day, the world would see it too. But New York's publishing scene doesn't care much for talent alone. After countless rejections from big publishers, Zade decides to take matters into his own hands and self-publish. For the first time since leaving university, he feels like he's finally making progress. One book turns into two, then three, then four... still, nothing big comes his way. Yet, Zade refuses to give up. At least he has his small bookshop, his safe haven and platform to promote his work. But when that, too, is suddenly taken from him, Zade is left at rock bottom, questioning everything he's ever believed in. When dedication fades and inspiration runs dry, can Zade find the spark to write again... or maybe discover something even deeper than his art?

What happens when the man who calls you home treats you like an Airbnb? Jenny thought she had finally found something real - a man who held her like he never wanted to let go, who wrapped her in promises he never quite said out loud. But Cole is the kind of man who opens his arms while keeping his walls high. To him, love is a game of push and pull, closeness and distance, belonging and exile. He calls her his comfort, but reminds her she's replaceable. He lets her in, but never stays. He says home, but treats her like a guest passing through. Torn between passion and heartbreak, Jenny has to face the truth: this isn't just a love story, it's a journey of self-healing. Through late-night texts, rooftop confessions, and the ache of being almost chosen, she learns the hardest lesson of all - sometimes walking away is the only way to come home to yourself. A raw, modern romance about intimacy, attachment, and what it takes to stop loving someone who can't love you back.
