Belle and Prince Leo have found their happily ever after with each other. They married and began a wonderful life together that was wrapped in beauty and love, surrounded by all the people they care about. 
Maurice, Belle's father, continues to work on his inventions in his own space - specifically designed and built for him, courtesy of Prince Leo. 
Fast forward seventeen years and we find Belle and Leo - now the Queen and King of the kingdom - and their beautiful sixteen year old daughter, Rose, living a life of grandeur and adventure. The very life Belle had once dreamed about. 

Rose feels confined within the walls of the castle. Although she travels often with her parents, she has very few friends and longs for a normal life. She crosses paths with the gardener's son on one summer day that shifts the trajectory of her life forever...
