she's a good vampire. She fell in love with a Mikaelson.. Elijah Mikaelson. They were very in love except Katherine stole Elijah from her.
Karmela has never turned her humanity off, she just focuses on the positive side.. one day... after a few weeks when Karmela had just turned into a vampire...
