Hayley Springs Ohio was a peaceful town, once upon a time. That is, until several bigger Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs began to descend on the state one after another, hellbent on establishing their Clubs and gaining more influence over their rivals. Since then, the state, let alone the many cities around Hayley Springs, didn't know peace. Warfare, secret and public, was on the news, and lives were shattered by these groups.

They also led to the creation of other groups, determined to defend the city they love...or maybe rule over it themselves.

Rebel Souls MC is one of these newer clubs aiming to do such things. An abnormal club, one that relies more on its own ideals and traditions instead of the typical outlaw blueprint, has begun to rise and clash with the other gangs fighting for control. All while law enforcement, tired of the many years of bloodshed and crime, finally began making moves of their own.
