Tito, an anorexic, struggles to survive being abused by his late mother's new husband and attend a prestigious academy on a scholarship, where mainly only the wealthy, powerful, and society's elites attend.

The shy Tito plans to stay low, get good grades, survive, and graduate. However, what Tito didn't expect was to make friends. Let alone- with his older brothers, who thought he had died along with their mother. Their late mother, who cheated and divorced their dad and left pregnant.
