*This story is at the end of finale of Fairy Tail and I'll just say this completely erases the "100 Year Quest" since it'll definitely be going off script from that story*
Lucy has been told that no matter what she may do, she will be disappearing to appease the celestial balance. She only has 48 hours and doesn't know how to tell her Fairy Tail family. She can't help but to be even more concerned about how to tell her hot-headed, stubborn, and immature best friend about this, since she knows he won't be able to accept Lucy's fate. He has always rescued her and has always shown how, no matter how the odds are against him, he will protect Lucy. Natsu was the one person she knew she couldn't lie to.
What will Natsu Dragoneel do, once he finds out his closest friend is about to disappear from existence, without a trace? How will Lucy proceed with this information and what will she tell everyone? Will she and Natsu finally understand their true feelings towards one another???
