Evil Things

Gil Soren is a vampire, but he doesn't sleep in a coffin, quote poetry, or sparkle. He's fine in daylight and works as a forensic tech for the police. As far as most know, he's an ordinary man with an overbearing sister and an elderly shut-in mother he cares for. While he does kill for the blood he and his family need to survive, he's careful to only kill evildoers he identifies in his job at the police. One serious mistake later and he's a kidnapper hiding from vampire hunters, the police, even his own family. Gil has no idea how this happened. All he knows is that now, it's not just his life on the line.
