House Velyrath, the Serpents of Drakmyrra, carved their legacy in the dark veins of Mount Aeltherist. They did not command dragons, they listened to serpents older than flame, their voices winding through roots and shadows.
Their blood runs cold, their magic breathes in silence.
Where fire burns bright and dies, poison lingers.

Aemon Targaryen/Jon Snow is slain in a cell when he waits for his fate after slaying Daenerys for the good of the realm. As the ones who kill him, was a terror thought slain, a clint of blue seen in the eyes who kill him. Brandon Stark was no more and wasn't since the Battle of Long Night. Knowing the world will fall into eternal Night and death will come for all. Gods of old send him back to into the time of the world when it lost one of its most valued strengths against the coming darkness. After hearing the gods, Jon accepts that he's reborn as Aemon Targaryen, son of Baelon Targaryen and Lyanna Stark, marking a new era. The gods hope the world is better prepared for the war, too. If he fails the gods, he won't have the power to revere it again. (Jon is sent back to times of the Dance of Dragons : The story starts on the second moon of the year 92 A.C.) The gods will send some other changes into the world. A Black dragon supposed to fade burns again, and mother, once lost, is seen again. So what happens when gods throw one last dice to help mankind? The Black and Red Dragon
The Blackfyres and Targaryens have fought many times against each other for the Iron Throne. Maelys Blackfyre was the last one to try and conquer the Iron Throne during the War of the Ninepenny Kings. Daemon, his cousin, was also killed by Maelys in order to get control of the Golden Company. Unbeknownst to Maelys, Daemon had a son called Aegon. Aegon fled after seeing his father being murdered and set out to travel among the Free Cities of Essos. After a few years of mercenary work, he settled near Volantis and started a family. Now his daughter, Visenya Blackfyre, is going on a journey that will change Westeros and Essos for generations. ~ I do not own Game of Thrones or any of the characters except my own~ I like to thank bobissocool11 for creating his book 'A Dragon's Flame'. It inspired me to write this story and it may have some overlap with that story. I highly recommend you read his/her story. Lastely, this is my first story ever. I hope you will enjoy it. The Fire That Burns Within US - Aemond Targaryen
Like her mother, Princess Visenya Velaryon had grown closer with her uncle Aemond. The two children would often sneak away from their duties to play with the wooden swords Aemond had stolen for the Princess, or lay outside of the dragon pit watching as the creators of their house flew around, or sometimes they would sit in the gardens with the rest of the new generation of Velaryon and Targyern, sitting next to each other and often the of two children would lay their head on the others shoulder and drift to sleep grasping onto each other's hand. But as they grew up, the feelings they had for each other grew into something more, Aemond growing protective over Visenya and glaring at any lord or prince that would come her way at balls wanting a dance, wanting nothing more for his mother and father to agree to the Princess Rhaenyra proposal of marriage between the two. When the two were ripped apart from each other after a mishap about a claiming of a dragon and the loss of an eye, the two of them thought the other would forget about them. They would not be there to keep each other safe, and the fire they had burning within them would slowly be snuffed out.
