Every healer needs a protector, and every protector needs a healer.
When Severus Snape is meant to protect everyone else, a healer steps in to help him when no one else will. Forever at his side, always guiding him in the right direction... and there for him even when he makes the wrong moves.
But Severus is a Dhampyre with a complex about his soul, and he doesn't believe he is worth saving. Soleil is an angel who fiercely believes everyone has a little good in them, and sees only a pure heart in Severus. Will Soleil be able to change Severus's fate, or will he be forever destined to give his life for everyone around him... Including the chosen one.
OR
If Severus had a Guardian Angel. Also I made him half-vampire for the extra religious trauma and queer coding, because I think it would fit well with a Guardian Angel plot. Also eventual Severitus.

LOSING IDENTITY: Welcome To My Mind (part 6) Severus manages to save Lily's life through an agreement with the Dark Lord. This story is an alternative to the Harry Potter canon, where Lily has deep feelings for Severus which, later on, turn into love. This story also seeks to make Severus Snape rise up to his full potential, personality-wise as well as magic-wise. Although I tried to portray SS as accurately (in terms of books) as I could, I am also well aware that if it were 100% accurate, then a functioning relationship with Lily would not be possible. Therefore, I made slight amendments in his behavior, only in details, just to make the relationship work. It is also to be noted that Lily Potter is not exactly a fragile flower in this story. She is powerful and can also be rough towards Snape if necessary. More chapters will be added over time. There are many hurt / comfort chapters as well as light-hearted chapters (starting with Worst Teacher Ever). I tried to turn the story into something little bit more than just a romantic Snily fanfic. You can come across neologisms such as "Slytherdor" or "the double patronus" and much more. The story is, occasionally, embellished with illustrations made by me (but don't expect those to be too brilliant). Some trigger warnings to top it up: anorexia, abuse, torture. Also, 1) don't read this if you think that Snape is a saint and Lily didn't try enough. Or do. Maybe this will change your mind! ;) 2) don't read this if you are the other extreme - Snape hater. The story will explain in detail the life of y/n y/l so it will contain all seven years in hogwarts but also life after war . I am Greek so English is not my first language so if I make any mistake please spare me. Severus is 31 in the first year of hogwarts and y/n y/l is 17/18 but the attraction between them will begin way later when y/n is in their 20s.But there is still an age gap so you have been warned!!! The story is inspired by Harry Potter , I don't own any of the characters except some of the o/c that will appear.

Severus Snape: Most students hate him. He is not liked by lots of people. People refer to him as a bully. People describe him as mean, cruel, ugly, cold, bitter and sarcastic but do they know the real him? One thing that no one can deny is that he is a very powerful wizard with a very intelligent and strong mind. One day a new professor enters the castle and changes his life completely. He does not know what to do. Follow his mind or his heart. He needs to decide at some point because The Dark Lord will return and when he does, Severus must decide again, which side he chooses.
