To hunt and to kill people who are not normal or who violates the law. Thirteen different people and has different speciality to fight. They can be a assassins for hire or hitman for hire, but only their organization can decide what is best for them.
They called themselves as "Cross Guards" and they are the most powerful group which notorious criminals are scared to be caught by them.
