You meets someone. You two get really close. Its great for a while until someone stops trying. You talk less Awkward conversations. The drifting. Then no communication whatsoever. The memories start to fade. Then the person you know becomes the person you knew. Thats how it is though.
Sad isn't it?
But that's how it happens. The enter your life like a dream but leave like a nightmare. Leaving you to pick up your shattered heart of the ground with a broom and dust pan.
And then your heart breaks a little more because you see them with someone else reliving all the episodes of you time together. Then the realization hits and you begin to think 'what if'.
What if all I was to them was a fading memory?

I put on a show only for him in front of hundreds of people.
