You may care a lot about other people's opinion but once you see how much flawed they are you realize you have no reason to be afraid of their opinions. This book is about why I don't care about peoples opinions anymore because of the things I grew up watching. Everyone is flawed, it's not a new phrase, but everyone seems to forget it.
