This story tells the tales of Cesar, a normal adult with a simple goal: living life to the fullest. Unfortunately for him, that's pretty difficult when you're forced to live in Riftopia, a city with a reputation for its abnormality, commonly amongst the denizens! Read along as Cesar tries to adapt to the strange Eccentric environment which he'll soon be forced to call home.
