Five weeks after the events of Crusaders of Nadia: Tragic Beginnings, James watches the night sky on the church's rooftop in the Refugee Camp on Isagani Parish Church, remembering the death of Tony. But at that moment, he saw the Hydropower Plant Ruins within the distance... James then thought of an idea if perhaps there could be evidence that they survived. His curiosity cheered him up, he quickly headed to the girls who are sleeping, telling them that he will revisit the ruins in search for evidence. Shocked of his ideas, the girls scolded him not to go due to a rumour that was spread by the refugees in the camp, but James insisted, saying that he can handle it. With no other choice, the girls decided to join with him in search for possible evidence of their lost friends' traces. As they head their way to the ruins... A group of Matiazium robots and soldiers of the Dynastic Empire are excavating the ruins for materials to recycle and treasures to sell. The army also heard James' party is approaching to the ruins. The army then prepared themselves for their arrival, ready for ambush. Meanwhile in the depths of the ruins, there was an abandoned guard robot that was inactive for years and finally awakened after the Empire's intrusion to the ruins. What will happen to James' Party and will they be able to find the evidence they are looking for?
