Black holes eventually die out from lack of mass, and omitting all their energy.
The Hostess, and her two polar opposite guests try to survive the unexpected heatwave. Getting visits from people in their town.
The Hostess reflects on her life before the cataclysm, and all her "sinful" ways, being shut up in her grandmother's home that she inherited.
Lines get blurred as the heat induced insomnia builds up. Death and disappearance toying with their fragile state of mind.
