Fifteen years had passed since custody was granted to her father. Jennitra had grown into a woman capable of choosing her own path. Her decision to return to her birthplace and search for her mother was one she had carefully and thoroughly considered. Jennitra wanted to prove that her mother had never been unfaithful. That she shouldn't live in fear that all men would turn out like her father. So that one day, she could believe that home truly exists. That a home is not merely a building to shelter from the rain and the heat- but could also be the embodiment of someone to whom one longs to return.
