GEMBORNE: THE GEMBOUND PROPHECY

Before gods ruled the heavens and mortals walked the earth, existence was shaped by a single force born from the void, the Chaos Gem. From it emerged eight divine diamonds, each embodying a primordial aspect of reality: chaos, desire, night, day, nature, imprisonment, darkness, and the abyss.

For age, Zeus alone wielded these gems, using their combined power to preserve balance and prevent the collapse of the world. But when a prophecy revealed that the Olympians would one day vanish from the future, Zeus attempted to defy fate itself. His defiance shattered the Chaos Gem, awakening powers that could no longer be contained.

The fragments were entrusted to the gods and, over generations, passed down into mortal bloodlines. Though the gods eventually withdrew from the world, the gems remained alive, watchful, and bound to human vessels destined to wield their power.

As balance begins to fracture, ancient forces rise once more. Giants emerge from the earth, shadows consume the night, and daylight itself bends under divine will. The primordial beings, unable to walk the world freely, manifest through astral forms or possess their chosen hosts, the GEMBORNE.

These mortals are bound by prophecy, not by choice. Each carries a living fragment of creation within them, and with it, the power to shape or destroy the world. With gods gone and chaos stirring, the fate of existence no longer rests in Olympus, but in the hands of those born to the gems.

The era of gods has ended.
