The Kingdom of Miroh is divided in 9 Districts, each of them providing something for the Capitol.
Han Jisung is from District 6, which is involved in primary healthcare and remedies. He was born without the ability to speak and grew up expressing himself mostly on paper.
As his 18th birthday comes, he finds himself needing to take the test every other teenager his age must take. This examination has determined the future of people for over a century, sending those who fail it to a distant, isolated place called District 9 from where no one ever seemed to return.
Lee Minho is sent by his father, the ruler, to oversee District 9, as a way to shape his authoritative character and prepare him for future leadership.
