As another year of Quirks passes the quirk to non-quirks count reached an 80-20 split. However an unforeseen singularity emerges. Humanity's latent magic boil's over once again into a new age. One where the 20% will attain a new power called Arcane Resolve, eclipsing any quirks that had come before. This story will follow one of these Aetherborn named Sukahiro Hall, as he learns to navigate his new found abilitie on his journey to become the next number one hero.
